I ordered from choicemusicla and everything showed up just like I picked it. Nothing was missing, and the albums were the correct versions, which is really all you’d expect when you place an order. I was a little nervous ordering online, but it turned out fine. I’d order from them again...

So the order did show up on time, which was great. But the album had one corner kind of bent, and the outside box had a few marks on it too. Not like totally ruined or anything, just... a bit disappointing. I feel like it probably could’ve used better packaging, especially for something like an album.

They did get back to me, but not as quickly as I kind of assumed they would, especially since most shops I’ve dealt with usually send clearer updates right away. I ended up sending one follow-up email just to see where things stood.

The refund did come through in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience or anything. I just had it in my head that the process would be a bit more straightforward based on how these things usually go. Overall, average for me.
